This tragic news comes less than one week after he was confirmed by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) to contest next month’s National Assembly Election under the ticket of Gambia For All (GFA). The entire family and friends of the family are completely shocked and devastated by the nature of his untimely death.

He was yesterday campaigning until yesterday campaigning in the Kiang West constituency, in his ambitious efforts to earn/win the support of his people for a possible election into the parliament.
